How do I buy classes and schedule classes?

Our automated online booking system can be found on our homepage at www.jujulife.fit.  Click on the tab where it reads "Schedule/Sign Up".  We highly recommend that all of our clients become familiar with our Mindbody online booking system so you can be in complete control of your schedule. You will be asked to create a profile, login, and password. You will also be asked for a credit card to keep on file, which can be used for purchases. Once you have created an account, you can view the class schedule and purchase class packs that fit your needs.  This will also be where you cancel your classes if your schedule changes and you can't attend class. If you forget your password or need more info, please call us or send an email to info@jujulife.fit. 

I'm ready to start! Do I need to take any kind of private lesson or introductory class?

Our classes are unique in that students of all levels can take class together and all receive what they need to succeed at their current fitness level.

The best way to learn is to jump right in and take a class. Our classes are small so you will get personalized attention during each and every workout. Our Lagree Fitness coaches will give you an overview before class and will give directions on all the exercises, including what the modifications are for each one, if needed. However, if you have had a recent surgery, chronic back pain, painful joints, a severe medical condition or have not been physically active in the past, it is recommended to consult with us prior to your first class. 

I feel really out of shape. Can I start the Megaformer without training towards it?

The classes at Juju Life are definitely challenging and will push you to and past your limits.  If you're mentally ready, we welcome you!  If you haven't worked out in a long time (or ever) you may have to modify some of the moves. There is something for everyone at Juju Life, and you are no exception. You will marvel at the improvements you make and as you  get stronger and gain endurance, you will reap the benefits physically and mentally. While this workout will never feel easy if you keep pushing yourself, your confidence will soar and you will soon come to love the burn and to know what it is doing for you. We are happy to help you on your journey!


I am really active and fit, will this be a workout for me?

Absolutely! Because Juju Life focuses on effective muscle stimulation, you will feel an intensity you may not have felt before and those muscles will get longer, leaner and stronger. You're going to love the burn you feel in class and the glow you feel after class.  The Lagree Fitness Method that is taught at Juju Life attracts athletes from pro-ball players to Ironman competitors, golfers to surfers, and just about everything in between. We have never met a person who thought our class was too easy and they couldn't find a challenge within. There is something for everyone at Juju Life!

When should I arrive for class?

If it is your first class, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to class for orientations. If you do not, you may be asked to reschedule. 

Returning client should try to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class, although we do allow students to enter class late. 

What should I wear and what should I bring?

Grip socks are required. We stock fashionable and organic grip socks available for purchase at the studio if you don't already own a pair.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and your body can breathe in, preferably not too loose or baggy so instructors are able to see your alignment and form. What you would wear to a yoga class is perfect.

It’s always a good idea to keep yourself well hydrated during and after this workout. If you do not bring water with you, we sell specialty waters (spring, alkaline or hydrogenated).

Be prepared to sweat!  Towels and grippy mats are provided for your use at Juju Life.

Jewelry is not recommended.

No cell phones during classes.

Moisturizers should be non-greasy and scents light.


How many days a week should I come to class?

Yoga classes vary in intensity and intention, and as such you can adjust your commitment to your needs.

The lagree workout is designed to work your muscles to fatigue. Depending on your own personal fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you may need more or less time to recover. Our recommendation is to come 3 to 4 times a week to get the best results. However, we have clients who come every day and have achieved amazing results! Our workout is not only about building strength and muscle- it is also mental workout, a meditation, a respite, a  grinding stone...use it how you need it!

Our yogis have reported that their megaformer practice has improved their yoga performance, and their yoga practice has improved their megaformer performance- so the belief is that alternating days between the two is highly beneficial. Core strength, balance, strength and flexibility are increased in different pathways in the two methods. 



What is the cancellation policy?

You may always cancel your reservation with no repercussion before the 12 hour cancellation window.

Due to limited number of spaces available in each class, however, a 12-hour cancellation window is in place to keep spots open for clients who want to attend. If you cancel within 12 hours of class time, that is considered to be a late cancel and you will lose that session. We ask that you take our other clients into consideration and cancel as soon as you know you can not make it. If you do not late cancel your class and there is a wait-list,  and other clients are kept from taking your spot because they did not make it off the wait-list, you may incur a no show fee of $25.

Classes are not refundable if missed or unused. 

If a class is full,  can I be put on a waitlist?

Yes! Get on the waitlist by clicking "Sign Up Now!" when a class is full and choose the waitlist option. If a spot opens up, you will receive an automated email to confirm your spot. (If you are not signed up for our email notifications or you use an email you don't check frequently, please check your Mindbody schedule to see if you have gotten into the class.) There can be a lot of movement in sign-ups, and people very often make it into their class of choice that was full.

If you've added yourself to the waitlist, it is your responsibility to cancel your waitlist request if you can no longer attend the class. If you get into the wait-listed class less than 12 hours prior to the class, you will lose the class if you do not make it. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to take the class.

Will my spot be given away if I am late for class?

Returning students are asked to try to arrive 5 minutes early in order to get situated in class, but we will allow students to enter the class once the class has started. If you are more than five minutes late to class, your spot may be given away if there is a stand-by client waiting to get in to class. Your class will still be deducted from your account as if it is a late cancel.

New students are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to their first class for orientation. If there is not sufficient time for you to complete your waiver (it is best to complete the waiver ahead of time- we will email you the link to the waiver), talk to the teacher about your history and injuries you may have or have had, and a brief run down on the Megaformer, we will ask you to re-book and come another day when there is sufficient time for this.


Are my purchases refundable or transferable?

All purchases are final, and are not transferable.

How old do you have to be to workout at Juju Life?

We require clients to be at least 16 years old to workout on the megaformer and will need a parental release signature if under 18 years old. We allow clients12 and older  to take yoga classes, but we will need a parental release signature if under 18. 

Ask us about meeting your child's physical education requirements at Juju Life, and please take note that we do have special student pricing.

Do you offer childcare? 

We do not offer childcare and children may not be left unattended at any time in the studio.

I am pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you are a client of Juju Life and have been regularly coming to class before getting pregnant, or if you have been practicing Lagree or yoga at another studio, you may continue to come as long as you, your doctors, and your trainers feel comfortable. Listen to your body and be open to making modifications throughout the workout as your body changes. We have had clients taking the class through their ninth month! If you are interested in speaking with one of our pre-natal advisors to learn the do's and don'ts in pregnancy, please contact us so that we can arrange a consultation. 

Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant...especially not something a core intensive as the Lagree Method...so if you have not yet started on the megaformer it is best to wait until after the birth of your baby to begin training with us. 


Do you have showers? 

Yes, we have a shower at our Willow Glen location. We provide towels, Bliss™ products for the shower, changing room, lockers with locks and a vanity area for primping.
